Your information is seen only by:

• DivorceAgentConnect staff involved in processing your referral • The matched Realtor®, once both parties have been introduced

We do not share your information with the other party in your separation without your explicit consent. We do not share your information with any third-party marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. All form submissions are encrypted in transit.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to complete the referral and any reasonable follow-up period thereafter.
